Doctors Day Celebration at RK Gurukul Pre School

On the occasion of National Doctors Day the Department of Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry Sri Aurobindo College of Dentistry organized a special oral health awareness session for the young students of RK Gurukul Pre School . The initiative aimed to instill healthy oral hygiene habits in children through an engaging and interactive learning experience.
The session was conducted by Dr. Ashish Garg Professor and Head of the Department Sri Aurobindo College of Dentistry who interacted with the children in a fun and educational manner. Using simple demonstrations and child friendly activities he explained the importance of maintaining good oral health and healthy eating habits from an early age.
During the session, the children learned the correct brushing technique the importance of eating nutritious foods for strong teeth and essential daily oral hygiene practices to prevent dental problems. The enthusiastic participation and curiosity displayed by the young learners made the program both enjoyable and impactful.
To encourage active involvement children who answered the questions correctly were rewarded with exciting gifts making the learning experience even more memorable and motivating them to adopt healthy habits.
The program reflected the Departments commitment to promoting preventive oral healthcare and community outreach through educational initiatives. By nurturing healthy habits at an early age Sri Aurobindo College of Dentistry continues to contribute towards building a healthier future for the community.
