Bachelor of Legislative Law

LLB, also known as Bachelor of Legislative Law, is an undergraduate law program of 3-year or 5-year duration that can be pursued after graduation and 10+2 respectively. The Bachelor of Legislative Law is a foundational course in law that teaches students about legal procedures followed in the profession. The course helps the student develop a logical, analytical and critical understanding of legal affairs and teaches him/her how to use these skills for resolving social, legal issues of the society.

Objectives

  • An LLB graduate with training experience as Law associate and paralegal, interested in working with a reputed law firm to apply my knowledge for intensive judiciary cases and to increase my experience and skills as a lawyer.
  • Highly motivated experienced lawyer with 2 years of working experience in state court, seeking a suitable role at a law firm to utilize my expertise in law cases for assisting the aggrieved clients.

Eligibility

  • A candidate should have Passed Graduation (10+2+3 pattern) in any discipline from a recognized College/University, having secured minimum 45% marks in aggregate for general category and, 42% for OBC category* and 40% of the total marks in case of SC and ST applicants, aggregate marks or equivalent grade from any University/Institution or equivalent, constituted or recognized by the Union or by a State Government.
