Family Adoption Program for Batch 2025 at Ajnod Camp

We are pleased to announce the successful launch of the Family Adoption Program initiated today under the distinguished guidance of our Chairman, Dr. Vinod Bhandari, and the leadership of Dr. Jayshree Tapadia Dean, Students Welfare. Dr. Ajit Deshpande Head of the Department of Community Medicine spearheaded this initiative, laying a strong foundation for impactful community engagement. Program Highlights A cohort of 250 students will each adopt 3 families, engaging with a total of 750 families. This longitudinal program will run through the students final year fostering sustained interactions and community service. We extend our appreciation to Mr. Sanjay Patel and Mr. Sumit Jirati for their dedicated coordination of the field visit. Special thanks to Dr. Mayank Rahul for overseeing the event and to Dr. Avdhesh Sharma and the Nursing College team for their commendable support. We gratefully acknowledge the efforts of all faculties and postgraduates of the Community Medicine Department, who meticulously managed the program from inception to execution and guided students in completing their tasks on time. We are grateful to Sri Aurobindo University for this opportunity to contribute to societal welfare. We anticipate a productive and enriching journey ahead.
