A Day of Learning, Mentorship and Academic Growth at IRCAD India

The MP-PG Orientation Program 2026, a one-day pre-examination academic initiative for third-year ENT postgraduate students from across Madhya Pradesh, was successfully conducted at IRCAD India, Indore, under the aegis of the Association of Otolaryngologists of India (AOI). Organized by the Department of ENT at Sri Aurobindo Institute of Medical Sciences (SAIMS), the program aimed to provide focused academic guidance and examination-oriented preparation to postgraduate students. The event was hosted at IRCAD India, the advanced medical training and research centre of Sri Aurobindo University.

The program was formally inaugurated with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by Dr. Vinod Bhandari, Founder-Chairman, Sri Aurobindo Institute of Medical Sciences (SAIMS). Addressing the gathering, he emphasized the importance of continuous learning, academic excellence, and clinical competence in shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals.

The orientation program brought together ENT postgraduate students and faculty members from medical colleges across Madhya Pradesh. Through expert-led lectures, interactive discussions, and examination-focused sessions, participants gained valuable insights into important academic and clinical aspects of otolaryngology. The initiative served as a meaningful platform for knowledge exchange, mentorship, and professional development.

Faculty experts and senior academicians guided students on examination strategies, recent advancements in ENT practice, and effective approaches to clinical problem-solving. The sessions were designed to strengthen conceptual understanding while enhancing confidence among postgraduate students preparing for their final examinations.
