Successful Completion of Surgical Module in Oral Implantology at Sri Aurobindo University

The Surgical Module of the Certificate Course in Oral Implantology at Sri Aurobindo University was successfully conducted on 7th and 8th April delivering an enriching and hands-on learning experience for participants.
The program commenced with insightful clinical lectures, laying a strong theoretical foundation, followed by intensive hands-on training sessions and live surgical demonstrations. The module was thoughtfully designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of implant dentistry bridging the gap between theory and clinical practice.
Participants engaged in in depth case discussions focusing on accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning. The training further included detailed guidance on surgical protocols, along with a focused approach to hard and soft tissue management.
A key highlight of the module was the hands on practice on dummy models enabling participants to refine their surgical skills. This was complemented by supervised live implant placements where participants gained real time clinical exposure under expert guidance.
The module was expertly mentored by Dr. Rajesh Kumar Professor and Head Department of Periodontology Sri Aurobindo College of Dentistry Indore whose guidance ensured a high standard of academic and clinical excellence throughout the session.
