Identification and Organ Donation Awareness Programme
SAIMS organized a short yet impactful Identification and Organ Donation Programme in memory of Late Shri S. M. Bhandari ji and Late Smt. Usha Bhandari ji whose noble body donation continues to guide medical students in learning the nuances of anatomy.
The programme held at Lotus Hall on 23rd December 2025 was inaugurated by Dr. Vinod Bhandari Founder Chairman SAIMS and featured expert talks short films and interactive discussions highlighting the importance of organ donation and Brain Stem Death awareness.

Dr. Dilip Kumar Acharya Adjunct Professor Surgery and Ex Chairman IMA MP Organ Donation Committee highlighted the urgent need to strengthen organ donation awareness in society.

Dr. Sanjay Dixit Director Medical Education and Ex SOTO Incharge explained the structured approach to early Brain Stem Death BSD reporting through an informative short film.

Dr. Akansha Jain Associate Professor Department of Neurology delivered an indepth session on the medical and legal aspects of Brain Stem Death certification.
