Successful CME & Workshop Conducted at SAMC & PGI
The Department of Pathology Sri Aurobindo Medical College and Postgraduate Institute SAMC and PGI under the aegis of CAHO successfully conducted a full day CME cum workshop on Bone Marrow Aspiration and Biopsy Interpretation on 7th December 2025. The event featured the demonstration of 64 case slides and witnessed the participation of 122 delegates including 35 virtual attendees creating an enriching academic environment. The scientific sessions were led by esteemed speakers Dr. Bela Sharda on Bone Marrow Aspiration and Biopsy Dr. Kamal Malukani on Interpretation of Aspiration Slides Dr. Amit V. Varma on Interpretation of Biopsy and Dr. Sanjana Ahuja who presented a series of interesting cases. The workshop offered excellent academic discussions case based learning and hands on exposure significantly enhancing diagnostic skills and strengthening the departments commitment to academic excellence.
