World Hospice And Palliative Care Day 2025

It was indeed a privilege to host our distinguished guests at Sri Aurobindo University for a special program dedicated to compassion dignity and care. This years global theme Compassionate Communities Together for Palliative Care reminds us that empathy is at the heart of medical practice. To raise awareness an inspiring Art Event was held on 9th October where our students beautifully expressed the essence of palliative care through creative paintings and posters. We were deeply honored to welcome Dr. Ritesh Tapkire an accomplished onco surgeon and compassionate clinician who delivered a thought provoking guest lecture on A Surgeons Perspective on Palliative Care. His words truly highlighted how holistic and humane approaches can transform patient care. Our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Vinod Bhandari Sir Dr. Jyoti Bindal Maam Dr. Anil Kumar Mishra Sir Dr. Jayshree Tapadia Maam Dr. R. R.
