Sri Aurobindo Institute of Law Sri Aurobindo University Indore organized an insightful and enriching Guest Lecture on the topic recent trends in Alternative Dispute resolution in India on 19th September 2025. The event was aimed at sensitizing budding legal professionals about the vital aspects of Arbitration and Conciliation proceedings in India with a specific focus on the Mediation Act 2023. The lecture was graced by the Distinguished Guest Speaker Dr. Manish Yadav Associate Professor National Law Institute University Bhopal M.P. a renowned academician and legal expert in the field of ADR and Consumer Laws.
