The Department of Medicine at Sri Aurobindo Hospital, SAIMS, Indore, organized a vibrant and impactful program to celebrate World No Tobacco Day, featuring a skit performance and a poster-making competition. A special highlight of the event was the esteemed presence of Chancellor Dr. Manjushree Bhandari Ma’am, who graced the poster-making competition and appreciated the efforts and talents of the participants.
The event aimed to spread awareness about the harmful effects of tobacco use and to encourage healthy, tobacco-free lifestyles. Students actively participated with creativity and enthusiasm, using both performance and art to convey strong anti-tobacco messages. Her encouragement and support added great value to the event, motivating students to continue advocating for public health and wellness. The program successfully blended education with creativity, reinforcing the commitment of SAIMS to preventive healthcare and community awareness.
