Laparoscopic Instrument Training for OR Staff
On 24th May 2025, IRCAD India conducted a specialized training session for OR staff and nursing teams, focusing on laparoscopic instrument handling, OR efficiency, and patient safety. The program offered practical exposure to modern surgical tools, operating room protocols, and teamwork strategies essential for high-performance surgical environments.
Guided by experienced faculty, the hands-on training aimed to enhance technical skills, reduce errors, and support better surgical outcomes. This free initiative received overwhelmingly positive feedback from participants.
