As part of an inspiring initiative led by Dr. Shilpa Bhandari, an Interactive Mental Health Workshop was conducted for the IVF team at Mohak Hi-Tech Speciality Hospital.
Facilitated by Ms. Nikita Tiwari, Clinical Psychologist, the session focused on the theme: ”Building Resilience and Professional Excellence: Navigating Stress, Teamwork, and Patient Care in IVF.”
The workshop equipped staff with practical tools for stress management, mindfulness, effective communication, and emotional well-being—essential for those working in emotionally intensive healthcare settings.
