World Laboratory Day celebration at SAIMS LABORATORY
World Laboratory Day celebration at SAIMS LABORATORY, organized by Department of Pathology, was a vibrant celebration under the theme "Labs Save Lives," fostering unity across Molecular Pathology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, and Pathology departments. The inaugural event kicked off a day filled with engaging activities, including a stimulating quiz competition that sparked friendly rivalry and a creative poster-making contest showcasing the life-saving impact of our work. The enthusiastic participation from residents and technicians underscored their dedication and expertise.
The highlight was the prize distribution ceremony, where deserving winners were celebrated, bringing smiles and a sense of valued contribution, especially among the often behind-the-scenes staff. The day culminated in a joyful cake-cutting ceremony, symbolizing the sweet success of collaboration and shared purpose. This World Laboratory Day not only honored our vital roles in healthcare but also strengthened bonds between departments, leaving everyone feeling appreciated and energized in our collective mission to save lives.
We are grateful to Dr Jayashree Tapadia madam, Dean student welfare for her gracious presence today and to Dr. R. R Waware Sir, Dean Sri Aurobindo Medical College for his whole hearted support.
