The patient a Septuagenarian Male post-CABG presented with severe calcified Aortic stenosis, post tavi mean gradient declined from 44mmhg to 3 mmHg.
SAIMS has become the 1st Medical College of MP to perform TAVI under its roof…
Very few centers in Central India have done TAVI till now, SAIMS now being one of them.
