A hands-on workshop on Implant site development was organized by the Department of Periodontology, Sri Aurobindo College of Dentistry, on 27 April 29, 2024.
It was a very informative workshop, attended by Dental graduates of the institute and Dental practioners from Indore City.
The program was inaugurated by Dr. Mahak Bhandari, Pro-chancellor, SAU. Dr. Kanteshwari K, Dean gave a welcome address, and Dr. Anand Mishra, Registrar, SAU highlighted the importance of technology. Dr Anwesha Das proposed a vote of thanks. br>
Dr. Aditi Chaudhary introduced the guest speaker Dr. Rajesh Kumar who delivered a lecture on the theme topic and a live demonstration on goat jaw, which was followed by a hands-on workshop on soft and hard tissue management around dental implants co-ordinated by department faculties. Dr Anwesha Das delivered a vote of thanks. Dr Shalini Mundra was the Master of ceremony. br>
The entire session was a scientific feast and the delegates gained knowledge about an innovative approach to augment lost bone during implant surgery.
