Exciting times at Sri Aurobindo University! Yesterday, we hosted a conference in support of the government's "Viksit Bharat 2047" project, organized by our amazing Dean of Student Welfare, Dr. Jaishree Tapadia Ma’am.
The conference featured the launch of the Idea Portal by honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, who, via video conference, highlighted the importance of youth development in shaping a self-sufficient nation. He drew parallels between the struggles for independence and our current mission for national progress.
PM Modi stressed that each of us plays a crucial role in achieving the $8 trillion economy target. Let's not only focus on personal growth but also contribute to the nation's prosperity.
To fuel innovation, the PM encouraged sharing fresh ideas for national development on the portal. The best ideas won't just be recognized; they'll be rewarded!
Dr. Anand Mishra echoed these sentiments, emphasizing the importance of guiding youth on the right path. Following this, Dr. Jaishree Tapadia announced an exciting extempore and essay writing competition on sustainable development and economic growth.
