Sri Aurobindo University organized a Guest Lecture in the Department of Endocrinology and Metabolism

Sri Aurobindo Medical College and Sciences Indore SAIMS, on 14th April 2023 organized a "Guest Lecture" in the Department of Endocrinology and Metabolism.
Dr. R.K. Jha Prof. & HOD Department of Medicine SAMC, Dr. Manoj Geedam Department of Endocrinology, Dr. Jayshree Tapadia Ma'am along with all HODs and experts were present in the lecture.

Dr. Rakesh Sahay Guest of Honor Prof. & HOD Dept. of Endocrinology Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad on the topic of Overview of Endocrine, Dr. N.K. Singh Sr. Physician and Diabetologist Dhanbad on the topic of Future Prospective of Diabetes in Coming Decade and Dr. Krishna Sheshadri Professor Endocrinology Chennai on the topic of Endocrine Hypertension case-based discussion and they are Felicitated with the Mementos & Buckeyes.

The purpose of this course is to educate students on Endocrinology and Metabolism in diabetes, obesity and heart diseases. Endocrine diseases keep a check on our blood sugar levels and also regulate the body's energy level. Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a metabolic disorder that results in elevated blood glucose levels. It is extremely important to stop its progression from onset to prevent blindness and kidney failure in later years.
