Sri Aurobindo University, hosted an Guest lecture by Dr. Travis Piestre, Director of Endoscopy Services at Seattle Children’s Hospital USA

On 8th of May 2023 the Department of Pediatric Surgery & Pediatric & Adolescent Medicine at SAIMS Indore under the auspices of Sri Aurobindo University, recently hosted an enlightening Guest lecture by Dr. Travis Piestre, Director of Endoscopy Services at Seattle Children’s Hospital USA. The topic of his presentation was "My Journey in Pediatric Advance Endoscopy", which drew a large audience. The event was graced by the presence of Chairman SAIMS, Dr. Vinod Bhandari, Dr. Manjushree Bhandari, Chancellor SAU, Dr. Jyoti Bindal, Vice Chancellor SAU, Dr. Mohit Bhandari, Pro-Chancellor, and Dr. Mahak Bhandari, Pro-Chancellor SAU.

During the presentation, Dr. Piestre shared his personal journey, including his experiences and achievements in the field of pediatric advanced endoscopy. The audience was captivated by his story and learned a lot from his expertise. Dr. Piestre has been at Mohak Bariatrics and Robotics, another unit of Sri Aurobindo University, for the past five days, participating in the bariatric endoscopy course with Dr. Manoel and Dr. Mohit Bhandari.
