Terms and Conditions

• 1. Warranty Based on Digital Impressions/Models: The warranty for prosthetic insertion, retention, occlusion, and contacts will be solely based on the accuracy and quality of the digital impressions or models provided during the primary work model or impression.
• 2. Repetitions and Corrections: Any repetitions or corrections required should be communicated to the Lab within 7 days. Fresh models, along with the initially supplied model, prosthesis, and warranty card, must be provided for the necessary adjustments to be made.
• 3. Charges for Repetitions After 7 Days: Repetitions requested after the initial 7-day period will incur a charge of 50% of the actual bill, in addition to any applicable taxes.
• 4. Change of Prosthesis Plan: In the event of a change in the prosthesis plan by the Dentist and patient, an extra charge of 50% will be added to the primary bill, along with any additional taxes, if applicable.
• 5. Warranty Claim Procedure: To claim the warranty, patients must consult the same clinic or Dentist who provided the prosthesis. Patients are not allowed to contact the Lab directly or any other Dental Clinic or Dentist for warranty claims.
• 6. No Warranty on Prosthesis Upgrades: Warranty claims cannot be made for any prosthesis upgrades or enhancements. The warranty only covers the specific prosthesis initially provided.
• 7.No Warranty for Cantilever and Bridges (More than 2 Pontic): The Lab does not provide any warranty for Cantilever and Bridges with more than 2 Pontic teeth, as these cases exceed the recommendations of scientific literature.
• 8. No Warranty for Products Not Listed: Products that are described as not having a warranty in the price list will not be eligible for any warranty claims.
• 9. Work Completion Time: We require a minimum of 3 working days to complete the requested work, excluding Sundays, festivals, and government holidays.
• 10.Additional Time for Complex Cases: Long Span bridges, FMR cases, and Implant prosthesis require additional working days to ensure proper fabrication and quality.
• 11.Temporary Bridge/Crown Responsibility: The Dentist must provide a temporary bridge or crown after tooth preparation. The Lab will not be held responsible for any insertion problems if the Dentist fails to follow this prior note.
• 12.Order Confirmation: Once the Lab confirms an order for work, it cannot be withdrawn or canceled.
• 13.Price Changes: All prices mentioned are subject to change. The Lab will inform the Dentist in advance of any price revisions.
• 14.Final Billing based on Updated Price List: The latest updated price list will be used for the final billing of the provided services.
• 15.Jurisdiction for Disputes: Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
• 16.Communication of Urgent Orders: For urgent orders, the Dentist must inform the Lab either during work collection or before connecting with the Lab to ensure proper prioritization and timely completion.
