Department of Urology

The department of Urology & Renal Transplantation commenced its clinical work since 2011. Its unique clinical activities include various types of surgical procedures like reconstructive urology, female urology, uro-oncology, andrology, endourology, pediatric urology and day care procedures including A-V Fistula, CAPD catheter insertion for CKD pts.

The department has advanced treatment modalities like RIRS, Urodynamic, PCNL, Microsurgery, Laparoscopic surgery, Robotic Surgery (da-Vinci System) and Holmium Laser-65 watt for stone and prostate surgery.

The department has annual intake of one M.Ch. (Urology) seat, recognized by NMC since 2013. The Department is a tertiary referral center for patients of Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Gujarat and Rajasthan. This department organizes out-reach camps at various districts of M.P and provides comprehensive health-care, medical education and clinical research.
